Quilting Ministry

Our Quilting Ministry is a volunteer group that creates quilts to be given to Lutheran World Relief for their humanitarian aid efforts, to veteran's retreats, shelters, or to be auctioned to raise money for other charitable purposes. Each year over 100 quilts are made and donated!

Quilters meet on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month, from 9am to 12pm, but come when you can and leave when you must! Members and non-members alike are invited to join us, and no prior sewing or quilting experience is needed. Snacks and coffee are enjoyed each meeting as well.

Our Quilting Ministry accepts donations of fabric, especially gently used sheets, but please no upholstery or metallic fabrics. Quilt tops or squares that you or a loved one no longer want to finish can also be donated!

We are grateful for the many volunteers that have been a part of this ministry over the decades.
